Continuum of Care enables people who are challenged with mental illness, intellectual disabilities (including Autism) and/or struggling with addiction to rebuild a meaningful life and thrive in the community. Continuum provides housing, therapy, case management, support and hope to some of the most physically and emotionally vulnerable people in our community.
Continuum has a groundbreaking crisis intervention program called COMPASS (Compass Allies Serving our Streets) that enables mental health and substance abuse experts to respond to 911 calls, alongside police and first responders. The COMPASS Team responds when a situation involves individuals with mental health or substance abuse who are in a state of crisis. It is made up of social workers and peer recovery specialists who immerse themselves into the community to find people in need and connect them to the right care. The COMPASS Team has had significant impact on the individuals they encounter. Many of them are homeless and have tremendous need. We help them stabilize, get access to basic needs (food, clothing), and also get connected to shelters, housing resources, and the treatments and therapies they need to begin to turn their lives around.
Already the team has helped more than 800 individuals in just one year. Won’t you help too?
Your sponsorship, donations, and vendor fees go toward rebuilding the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in our community. At the same time, you benefit from doing good because of the marketing and publicity that comes with your sponsorship or sales of your products, and the publicity that comes along with the event.The whole community will be invited to the event through advertising, email, PR and social media! Get great exposure, great sales potential, and you will be viewed by thousands of people as someone who really cares about others.
