Assisted Independent Living Program
Clients with chronic mental illness are provided with independent or shared apartment living opportunities coupled with intensive individualized team case management services. Continuous Treatment Teams provide flexible outreach activities and assistance with activities of daily living. Staffing is available 12 hours per day from 8 am to 8 pm with on-call staffing after hours.
