Elizabeth Hughes, MSHS - Vice President of Specialized Services
Ms. Hughes has been employed with Continuum for 10 years, starting with the company in 2014. She started as a Case Manager of Long Term Services and moved to a manager before switching to Young Adult Services as the Director in 2016. In 2023, the Long-Term Services Division was added for her to oversee, as well as the Holmes Hybrid house. The Division continues to grow adding new programs, now totaling 13 programs in the division.
Ms. Hughes has worked to developed several client crew work opportunities with Young Adult Services, partnering up with agencies such as Street-Smart Ventures. She has also added vocational programs to the division that provides weekly activities for all the residents. Elizabeth has hosted a prom for all of Continuum for the last three years with the help of Young Adult Services. She is also a member of the Diversity Committee which lead a Cultural Day event for the past two years.
Ms. Hughes has her Masters in Human Services and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services and Counseling.
