Ms. DeCilla has worked for Continuum for over 25 years and oversees 15 programs in the residential service division. She has been instrumental in implementing and managing multiple mental health programs during the years that she’s been with Continuum. Ms. DeCilla has been directly involved with the expansion of New Haven programs that specialize to support clients discharging from long-term hospitalization.
Ms. DeCilla has over 25 years of experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental health diagnosis and is passionate about the clients she serves. She has a strong belief that individuals are not their diagnosis and should be always be treated with respect and dignity. Ms. DeCilla also has experience as an outpatient clinician as well as a mobile crisis clinician and is trained in DBT and CBT.
Ms. DeCilla is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received her Bachelors of Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University and her Master of Social Work from Fordham University. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
