Continuum Receives National Grant

Today, Mayor Toni Harp congratulated Continuum and the City of New Haven for being awarded a $150,000 grant from the United States Conference of Mayors and Wells Fargo for the purpose of supporting our supported training and job program for individuals challenged with mental illness.

Only 2 grants were awarded to a mid-sized US city, and New Haven received the top award of the two.

The grant award recognizes Continuum’s strategic program that helps individuals move past barriers to employment by learning employable skills and finding jobs in the community.
